Bessie Coleman Trail
The trail that connects the back of BCMS to Waterford Oaks Elementary is getting an upgrade as part of the 2024 Bond program! Once completed, the trail will be paved, well-lit, and safer for our scholars to walk to and from the campus.
The trail is closed until construction is complete. That means that NO scholars will be able to use the trail. The entrance to the District's portion of the trail will be fenced off, and the back gate at BCMS will be locked.
While the trail is under construction, students can take the following bus routes: 5026 (Bessie Coleman) and 5005 (Waterford Oaks). You can get more information about the pickup locations and times by logging into Skyward. If they choose, students can also walk along Joe Wilson Rd to E. Pleasant Run Rd.
